The Transmatic 6540 SPORT has been specially designed for digital printing on cut pieces and placed prints. This application is especially suitable for the sports t-shirt printing sector. A new oil heating system ensures uniform temperature distribution over the entire length of the cylinder with minimal energy consumption. Transmatic's oil heating systems consume 50% less energy than electric machines.

The 6540 Sport has 3 different ways of operating:
The transfer paper sheets are placed with the design facing up on the table. The cut fabrics (front, back, arms, necks etc.) are placed over the design. At the push of a button, the sheet is loaded automatically. The pieces of printed fabric and paper leave the machine via a rear conveyor belt. An air bar "separates" the paper from the printed pieces. This system eliminates the risk of double printing and no longer requires the use of adhesive paper.
