High productivity rotary machines for sublimation transfer printing from transfer paper to synthetic, knitted or non-woven fabrics such as polyester, nylon, acrylic. In the case of prints made directly on polyester fabric with the aid of digital printers, the calender can be used to fix the color pigments in a perfect and economical way.
PREPARATION FOR PRODUCTION:
The three expansion shafts allow the operator to take and position the transfer paper, the material to be printed and, where necessary, the protective paper. Using gravity to load the machine straight and evenly, the transfer paper is positioned directly above the inlet of the printing rollers; the tension can be adjusted by means of a pneumatic control of the clutch; the material is stretched and passes through an "s" which adds further tension to the product; the material moves over an expandable roller which guarantees a straight trajectory towards the press entrance.
REWINDING OF THE TRANSFER PAPER AND THE PRINTED FABRIC:
An important feature is given by the paper and the fabric which are immediately separated at the exit of the printing phase and transported to the back of the machine where they guarantee easy access to their respective winders. The pneumatic reel-holding rods and the support supports have been designed to allow the operator to remove the finished reels and reposition the rod with a single gesture. The pneumatic clutch and the electronic speed control allow a simple adjustment of the rewinding tension.
