Rotary machines for sublimation transfer printing from transfer paper to synthetic, knitted or non-woven fabrics such as polyester, nylon, acrylic.
In the case of prints made directly on polyester fabric with the aid of digital printers, the calender can be used to fix the color pigments in a perfect and economical way.
Preparation for production:
- Three expanding shafts that allow one person to take and place the transfer paper, the material to be printed and the protective paper (if necessary). The transfer paper is positioned directly above the inlet of the print rollers, using gravity to load the machine straight and evenly. Tension can be adjusted via pneumatic clutch control. The material is pulled straight and passes through an "S" which adds further tension to the building. From the "S" the material travels over an expandable roller which guarantees a straight trajectory at the entrance to the press. Rewinding of transfer paper and printed fabric
- Important fact: the paper and the fabric are immediately separated at the print exit and transported to the back of the machine where they guarantee easy access to their respective winders. Pneumatic rods carry the rollers and support supports which have been designed to allow a person to remove the finished coils and reposition the rod with a single gesture. A pneumatic clutch and electronic speed control allow easy adjustment of the rewind tension.
